Nothing leaves without you
Reading, sorting and drafting happen on their own. Sending an email or a Slack reply waits for your explicit yes. Enforced in code, not in a prompt the model could talk itself out of.

Every action, gated
In the background feed it can do two things: reply by email and reply to a Slack direct message. In chat it can take other actions in your connected apps. Each one shows you the exact text and destination and waits for your yes.

Events are processed in small batches with a hard cap on how many cards a batch can create. Low confidence produces nothing. A topic that already has a card gets a thread, not a second card.

Quiet hours silence notifications. Cards still land in the feed, so nothing is lost, but nothing buzzes at 02:00.

Waveloom started as a workflow builder. People signed up, opened a blank canvas, and asked what to build. The thing they kept describing back to me was simpler: something that watches my stuff and only tells me what matters.
So that's what this is now. I run it on my own inbox and Slack every day. It's built by one person, in the open, and the beta is invite-only because I'd rather have ten people whose feeds are right than a thousand whose feeds are noisy.

Features vary by app: some support background updates; others are available on demand through chat. Feed reply drafts currently support Gmail and Slack DMs, with your approval before sending. You can also create web watches for topics and competitors.
Will it send messages or change things on its own?+
No. Reading, sorting and drafting happen on their own. Anything that leaves Waveloom, an email reply or a Slack reply, waits for your approval, and that rule lives in code rather than in a prompt. You see the exact text and destination before it goes.
Is this just more notifications?+
The opposite. Most of what Waveloom reviews produces nothing. Events are handled in small batches with a hard cap on new cards, low-confidence items are dropped, a topic that already has a card gets a thread instead of a second card, and quiet hours silence pushes. The feed shows how much it reviewed so you can see it working when it's quiet.
Do I need to build workflows or write prompts?+
No. Connect a source, pick what it should watch (a channel, a page, a project, a topic), choose a personality, and review the feed. There is no canvas and no automation builder.
