By accessing or using Waveloom ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Waveloom is a background AI agent that connects to your tools, monitors activity, drafts next steps, and surfaces what matters in one calm feed. The agent can watch email, track competitors, send outreach, and automate workflows — always with your approval for actions that require it.

3. Waitlist & Early Access

Waveloom is currently in early access. By joining the waitlist, you consent to receiving email updates about the product launch. You can unsubscribe at any time. Early access features and pricing are subject to change.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.

5. Agent Actions & Approvals

Your Waveloom agent may perform actions on your behalf, such as sending emails, scheduling meetings, or posting content. Actions that have external impact require your explicit approval before execution. You are responsible for reviewing and approving agent actions. Waveloom is not liable for actions you approve.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Use the agent to send spam, harass others, or violate third-party terms of service
  • Distribute malware or harmful code via the agent
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create or generate using Waveloom. We retain ownership of the Service, including all software, designs, and trademarks.

8. Limitation of Liability

Waveloom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any actions taken by the agent on your behalf.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
