5. AI-Generated Content

  • AI-generated content should be reviewed before sending to customers
  • You are responsible for all content sent from your store, including AI-generated content
  • AI suggestions are recommendations and may not always be accurate
  • We do not guarantee specific results from AI automation

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Usage Limits

Each subscription plan includes specific usage limits (e.g., AI actions per month, competitor products monitored). If you exceed these limits:

  • You may be prompted to upgrade your plan
  • Certain features may be temporarily restricted
  • Overage charges may apply as specified in your plan

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your billing period.
